- A cheat sheet for your tradeThe handful of prompts that worked for your business, written down, so you can do it again on your own.

We start with your week
You tell us where the time actually goes - the quotes, the chasing, the admin, the posts you never get round to. We pick the three jobs worth fixing first. -
We set them up together
On your phone and laptop, with the tools you already have, so you see exactly how it's done and it still works tomorrow. -
You leave able to do it yourself
You get the cheat sheet of prompts that worked for your trade, and a plan for the next few things to try when you're ready.
Who it's for
Trades, salons, photographers, bookkeepers, therapists, consultants, cleaners, coaches - any one-to-five-person business. If you've got a phone, a laptop and too much to do, that's all you need. We can meet in person across Canterbury and East Kent, or do it by video anywhere in the UK. Plenty of people come to this having never used AI for anything, and leave using it every day.
Plain, honest and yours to keep
No jargon, no upselling, and we'll tell you straight if AI won't help with something. Most of what we set up uses free tools or ones you already pay for, so there's usually nothing extra to buy. It's £295 for the two hours, with nothing ongoing - you walk away able to do it yourself.

Questions people ask
We're not techie at all. Is that a problem?
Not at all. This is built for people who just want things to work. We stick to your own devices, keep it plain, and you leave with a written cheat sheet so you're never stuck.
What do we need beforehand?
Just your phone and laptop, and a rough idea of what eats most of your time. We work on your real jobs, not made-up examples.
Is this different from the business coaching?
It's the same kind of thing, pitched at a one-person business with no systems rather than a team. If you employ staff and use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the AI Kick-Start is usually the better fit.
Do we pay in advance?
No. Pay on the day by card, or afterwards by bank transfer or invoice. There's nothing to pay to book, and no contract.
