Which part is for me?
If you want to learn AI for yourself, start at the AI lessons page. If you run a business of one to five people, start at Small business. If you have staff and a Microsoft or Google account, start at Companies. Still unsure? Ring for the free 15-minute call and I'll point you to the right thing, or tell you if you don't need anything.
What does 'coming soon' mean on some of these?
A few tools, like the AI inbox assistant and AI Office, aren't ready yet and not for sale. If one of them is what you need, ring the free call and I'll tell you honestly where it's up to and let you know the moment it's ready.
Do you work outside Kent?
Yes, by video. Lessons, coaching, training, talks and most set-up work can be done over Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. On-site work outside the core area is charged for travel, agreed up front.
Are your prices fixed?
Lessons, the sole trader set-up session, the Kick-Start, the team workshop, the AI policy, custom assistants, coaching and talks have fixed prices. Website assistants, automations and Managed AI are quoted in writing after a free call, before you commit to anything.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for lessons, and not for fixed-price business services. Managed AI is a monthly service with a written agreement and a data processing agreement, which you can end with a month's notice.
Who you'll work with
James Hayes Consulting is led by Ross Hayes, who builds software for his own businesses and uses AI tools in them every day. We set AI up on your real work, explain it in plain English, and tell you straight if something isn’t worth paying for.
