My promise to you
Everyone deserves to know exactly what they're getting, what it costs, and that they're safe. These are the rules I work by.
- Fixed prices, agreed in writing before I visitIncluding any travel charge. No hidden extras.
- Your passwords stay yoursI will never ask for your passwords, PIN or bank details, and I never touch online banking.
- Free tools firstIf anything costs money, I tell you the price and you decide later, in your own time.
- No pressureI never ask you to decide on the day. Family and friends are always welcome, and you can stop a session at any time.
- Your information stays privateI don't keep copies of your letters, photos or documents. Booking notes are stored securely and deleted on request.
- Nothing to pay before your visitPay by card on the day, or by bank transfer afterwards. No deposits and no contracts.
Cancelling
You can cancel within 14 days of booking, for any reason, without charge. Ring me on 07500 511462, email enquiries@jameshayesconsulting.com, write to me at 58 Barnes Way, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 6RX, or use the form below.
If you ask for your visit to happen within those 14 days and it is then fully provided, the right to cancel that visit ends. If you cancel part-way through a course, you pay only for the visits already given.
Refunds are made within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same method you paid with.
