We share screens with your team and build inside the tools you already pay for. If we need access, you grant it and remove it afterwards, and we document how data moves. -
Handover and help
You get written notes, a short guide for staff, and a period of help afterwards that depends on the service. Nothing is locked inside our systems.

In build: the JHC Sector Agent
A WhatsApp agent on your own business number. It will answer, qualify, book, send a payment link where your provider supports it (M-Pesa, Paystack, MoMo or card), log the conversation and hand over to a person. Property, Clinic and Enquiry editions are planned. It isn't available yet and has no launch date. Meta's business terms allow a company to use AI with its own customers, and WhatsApp's template message fees vary by country, so we'll set those out clearly before launch. Until then we can quote an automation or plan it with an audit.

Questions people ask
Can a UK AI consultancy work with businesses abroad?
Yes. All our international work is by video, inside your own accounts, with written documentation. We don't have offices or partners overseas.
How do we pay a UK company from Nigeria or Kenya?
Pay online by card in pounds sterling, or ask for an invoice and pay it by card or international bank transfer within 7 days. A transfer is often easier for larger sums when your bank limits foreign card spending.
Does our customer data leave our country?
It stays in your own systems. Remote access from the UK can still count as a cross-border transfer under some laws, so we document the basis for it with you before we start.
Can you set up a WhatsApp AI agent for us now?
Our Sector Agent is still in build. Today we can quote a tested automation or a website assistant on established tools, or plan the WhatsApp side with an audit.
Which time zones do you cover?
Africa, the Gulf and Ireland overlap with UK hours well. Australia and Guyana get early-morning or evening UK calls, agreed on the free call.

James Hayes Consulting is a UK AI consultancy led by Ross Hayes, who builds software for his own businesses and uses AI tools in them every day. We work with overseas businesses by video, set AI up on your real work, and tell you straight if something isn’t worth paying for.
Every project starts with a free 15-minute video call. Prices are in pounds sterling and agreed in writing before you commit; UK VAT isn’t added.
