AI consultancy for Ghanaian businesses

Ghana has more registered mobile money accounts than people, and most customer conversations start on a phone. We are a UK firm that sets up AI on your own accounts, by video, at a fixed price agreed first. Here are the figures, the data rules and how paying from Accra works.

From £395 (about $520)

Based in the UK, working by video with businesses in Ghana. Accra is on UK time in winter and one hour behind in summer.

Why AI fits Ghanaian firms now

The table says three things. Customers are online (DataReportal, 2026), payments are digital (Bank of Ghana via Citi Newsroom), and information and communication grew fastest in 2025 (GSS via GNA).

Picture a Monday in an Accra office. A developer has 60 unread WhatsApp messages from buyers in Houston and Birmingham. Loan officers answer balance questions by voice note. Someone retypes waybills into a spreadsheet. None of that needs a new system, just the tools you already pay for set up to draft, sort and remind, with a person approving.

Budget with the cedi in mind. It gained more than 40% against the dollar in 2025 (IMF data via Ghanaian Times) and gave back 7.9% in the first half of 2026 (Bank of Ghana via GNA). Our prices are fixed in pounds, so firms earning dollars, or selling to Ghanaians abroad, feel the cost least. If you earn only cedis, start with the Kick-Start and judge it on one job.

The rules in one plain section

Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). If you process personal data, register with the Data Protection Commission and renew on time. In October 2026 the Commission announced spot checks, inspections and registration checks, and said it will no longer rely only on persuasion (GNA, 2026). A draft Data Protection Bill that would replace Act 843 went to consultation in October 2025; until it passes, Act 843 applies.

Marketing. Direct marketing needs prior written consent and a way to stop; service messages such as receipts don't (LexAfrica, 2026). An AI that answers enquiries is fine. One that blasts promotions at a bought list is not.

Sector regulators. The Bank of Ghana for lenders and the Real Estate Agency Council for property, covered on the sector pages below.

Working from the UK. We build inside your own accounts, so data stays in your systems and you remain the controller. Remote access from the UK can still count as sending data abroad, so we agree the basis with you in writing. We are not lawyers; this is not legal advice.

Paying from Ghana

  1. A free call first

Fifteen minutes by video. Tell us the job that wastes most time and we say honestly whether AI helps.
  2. An invoice in pounds

You can pay online by card in pounds sterling, or ask for an invoice payable by card or international bank transfer within 7 days. No UK VAT is added; ask your accountant about any Ghanaian tax on imported services.
  3. Work by video

Everything is set up on your own accounts, written down and handed over, so you are not tied to us.
