Most small firms don't need something built from scratch. They need a tool that already works, set up with their own name, prices and wording, then kept working. These tools are in build and not for sale yet. Each one will have a fixed set-up fee and a monthly fee, and the prices are below so you can plan.

Prices exclude the costs you pay providers directly, such as text messages, phone numbers, email domains and app plans. We'll tell you those before you commit.
What the monthly fee covers
- Running itHosted for you, with your own separate data that no other customer can see.
- Keeping it workingA monthly check, fixes when something breaks, and updates when a provider changes its tools.
- Small changesNew prices, new wording or a new question it should answer, usually within two working days.
- SupportBy phone or email on working days, usually the same day.

Why ready-made, and when to build instead
Plenty of apps do part of this for £25 to £100 a month. What small firms usually struggle with is setting them up properly, connecting them to their own prices and wording, and noticing when they quietly stop working. A ready-made tool from us is that set-up and that looking after, at a fixed price.
If your job doesn't fit any of these, or needs to connect to systems these tools don't reach, a custom build is the better route: scoped first, fixed price, from £1,500. For assistants on your own documents, custom AI assistants are on sale now at £495.
Questions people ask
When will they be ready?
Each tool goes on sale when it's built and tested on our own business first. Outreach email is furthest along, then the website assistant and the inbox assistant. Register your interest and we'll tell you when yours is ready, with no obligation.
Can I buy one now?
Not yet. Nothing on this page is for sale until it's ready. If you need something now, the custom AI assistants, automations and website assistants on our other pages are on sale.
Is there a contract?
A short service agreement and a data processing agreement. Most tools run month to month after any minimum term, and you can end them with one month's notice.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You get an export of your data within 14 days, and we delete it from our systems within 30 days and confirm that by email.
Who is it for?
Small businesses and companies in the UK. Outreach email is for firms selling to other companies, as UK rules only allow cold email to companies, never to sole traders or households.
