Tell me what you’d like to do and which phone, tablet or computer you use.
-
2Your lesson
Two hours at your kitchen table, or by video, on your own device.
-
3Help afterwards
After a home lesson you keep a printed guide written for you, and can ring me for two weeks if you get stuck.

- I never ask for your passwords, PIN or bank details
- Family are welcome to sit in
- Nothing to buy on the day, and no pressure
- Nothing to pay before your visit, and no contracts

Questions people ask
Anything else? Ask on the free chat.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We start from wherever you are, whether you've never tried AI or you already use it and want to do more.
What do I need?
Any smartphone, tablet or computer from the last five years or so. Not sure? Tell me on the phone chat and I'll check.
Is AI safe to use?
Used sensibly, yes. The main rule is never to type anything you wouldn't write on a postcard. We cover exactly what that means on the day.
Will I have to pay for apps afterwards?
No. I set up free tools first. If something paid would genuinely help, I'll tell you the price and you decide later, in your own time.
When can you visit?
Daytimes, evenings and weekends, by arrangement. Tell me what suits you on the phone chat.
How do I pay?
By card on the day, or afterwards by bank transfer or an emailed invoice. I never ask for money in advance for a home visit.
