If your evenings go on quotes, job sheets, method statements and risk assessments, AI can turn site notes or a voice memo recorded in the van into a tidy first draft. It can't see your site, though, so a competent person must check and own anything safety-critical before it's used.

Free help at Ramsgate Library
The free Digital Hub at Ramsgate Library, on Guildford Lawn, takes place on the fourth Wednesday of the month, 10am to 12pm. If you need help getting online, setting up email or using a new phone, book a slot there first. It's free, and the volunteers are there for exactly that.
Just over the boundary
Sandwich is in Dover district, so home lessons there carry the £15 East Kent travel charge, agreed before you book. Business visits outside my core area are charged at 45p a mile, also agreed up front. If a visit doesn't suit, online lessons work from anywhere: two one-hour video lessons for £149.

Can AI write our risk assessments?
It can produce a first draft from your notes, which saves typing. A competent person must check it against the real site and take responsibility for it.
