AI consultancy for Abu Dhabi businesses

Our AI consultancy for Abu Dhabi businesses starts from how the emirate actually buys and regulates. A lot of work here flows through government and ADNOC supply chains, healthcare answers to the Department of Health, and ADGM firms have their own data law. We begin with a fixed-price audit that maps where AI saves time inside those rules, then build on your own accounts.

From £995 (about $1,320)

Based in the UK, working by video with businesses in Dubai and the UAE. Dubai is three or four hours ahead of the UK.

How Abu Dhabi differs from Dubai

Dubai's AI demand is driven by consumer messaging: brokerages, clinics, restaurants and holiday homes answering WhatsApp at night, which our UAE overview covers. Abu Dhabi's mix is weighted towards contracts and paperwork. Non-oil activity made up 56.2% of the emirate's GDP in the first quarter of 2025, with professional services, construction and finance growing fastest (Abu Dhabi Media Office, 2025).

The government is also a demanding buyer of AI itself. Its Digital Strategy 2025 to 2027, announced in January 2025 and run by the Department of Government Enablement, commits AED 13 billion and aims to make Abu Dhabi the first fully AI-native government across its digital services by 2027 (CIO, 2025). For private firms, that sets the tone: AI in everyday administration is expected here.

AI automation in Abu Dhabi supply chains

ADNOC's In-Country Value programme has driven over AED 307 billion back into the UAE economy since 2018, and supplier certificates are based on factors such as UAE manufacturing, domestic third-party spend and Emiratisation (ADNOC, checked October 2026). For a supplier, that means a steady stream of documents: certificates, spend breakdowns, improvement plans and tender forms, alongside the technical bid itself.

This is good ground for a quoted automation. For example: a tender pack arrives by email, the AI lists every required document and deadline in a tracker, flags anything missing from your library, and drafts standard sections from your previous approved bids. Your bid manager reviews everything. AI does not calculate your ICV score; an approved certifier does that.

ADGM data protection, AI and the other rulebooks

Abu Dhabi has three separate regimes to keep straight. Onshore companies follow the federal PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Firms in ADGM follow the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, with guidance from its Office of Data Protection on topics such as impact assessments and data protection by design. Healthcare providers licensed by the Department of Health also work under its Responsible AI Standard of October 2025, which applies to AI used for clinical, financial and administrative functions and includes a section on AI literacy (DoH Abu Dhabi, 2025).

So even a scheduling assistant in an Abu Dhabi clinic falls within the DoH standard, which is why we document the tool, its data and its risks before it goes live. In every case we build inside your own Microsoft, Google or CRM accounts, you stay the controller, and our remote access from the UK is written down as a cross-border transfer with you. We are not lawyers; your adviser confirms the legal position.

What we set up first

  1. The audit

Two video calls and up to five interviews, then a written report within five working days: where AI saves time, what it costs, and what your rulebook allows.
  2. One quick win

Often a staff assistant on your own templates, or a tender tracker. Small, measurable and easy to switch off.
  3. Policy and training

A one-page AI policy and a staff session, so the people using the tools know the limits. The DoH standard has its own section on AI literacy.

Questions people ask

Does a UK consultancy need an Abu Dhabi licence to advise us by video?

We deliver remotely from the UK and invoice from there. Whether your procurement rules need a local supplier is a question for your procurement team.

Does the DoH AI standard apply to admin tools in clinics?

The standard says it covers AI used for clinical, financial and administrative functions by DoH-licensed entities. Check the details with DoH or your adviser.

Can AI help with ADNOC tender submissions?

It can track requirements, flag missing documents and draft standard sections from your approved past bids. Your team reviews and submits; ICV scores come from an approved certifier.

Which data law applies to an ADGM company using AI?

The ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, not the federal PDPL. Your compliance team should confirm how they apply to each tool.

Where do we start?

With a free 15-minute video call, then usually the £995 (about $1,320) audit. Smaller firms often start with the Kick-Start instead.
