AI Operations Partner (monthly retainer)

A monthly retainer for firms that want AI handled for them over time, rather than one project.

  • A new AI improvement set up each month, agreed with you
  • Hosting, checks and support for what has been built
  • A monthly review call on what is working and what comes next

This payment covers your first month. From £1,500 a month; for bigger firms the monthly fee is agreed in writing after the scope call. Minimum six months, then one month's notice to end.

Before work starts: a short scope call to check your set-up: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, where your documents live, and who looks after your IT. If it turns out you need more than this includes, I'll quote the extra in writing. Any further invoice is sent only once you agree.

After you pay, I'll ring you to book the scope call.

On site across Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham and Thanet at no extra cost. Elsewhere in Kent, travel is charged at 45p a mile, agreed before we fix a date. Anywhere else, by video.
