Custom AI assistants for your team

Up to three AI assistants set up for your team inside an AI tool you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, working from your own price lists, policies, templates and examples.

• A one-hour call to choose the three jobs, for example drafting quotes, answering staff questions about your procedures, or writing in your house style
• Each assistant set up, tested on real examples and shared with your team
• A handover session by video, and a one-page guide for staff
• Two weeks of help by phone or email afterwards

Usually ready within two weeks of receiving your documents. Some tools need a paid business plan to create or share assistants. I'll check yours on the first call, and if it isn't suitable you get a full refund.

Before work starts: a short scope call to check your set-up: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, where your documents live, and who looks after your IT. If it turns out you need more than this includes, I'll quote the extra in writing. Any further invoice is sent only once you agree.

After you pay, I'll ring you to agree a date.
